New Beginnings of the Jewish Center of Teaneck is a group for mature and retired people of all ages  that holds programs with emphasis and content on Jewish themes.  

Programs have included talks and lectures from rabbis, cantors, medical professionals, musical presentations, discussions about the various Jewish holidays, as well as holiday time parties on Sukkot, Hanukkah, and other holidays.

New Beginnings” emphasis and content is on Jewish themes for mature and retired people of all ages.   The group provides “TJC” or “Tender Jewish Care” for each other with emphasis on caring and camaraderie.

Socializing and refreshments follow the meeting.  The meeting is free and open to all.

New Beginnings is one of a number of Center programs sponsored by the Elisabeth Heilbronner Chesed Fund, which, due to the generosity and encouragement of Kurt Heilbronner, past president of the Jewish Center of Teaneck, perpetuates the memory of his beloved wife, Elisabeth.
