Full Size Gym

Whether it is a pick-up game of basketball, paddleball, volleyball, kickball for children or adults, the gym offers something for everyone.  Adult Basketball Leagues are held during the Winter and Summer months.

Gym parties available upon request.

The Pool

The warm water pool is available both for exercise and recreation, and the sauna makes those winter swims even more relaxing and pleasurable.
There is open swimming, a men’s-only swim, and a women’s-only swim.  Swimming lessons and swim parties are available on request.

Other Activities

• Red Cross Life guarding classes are held utilizing the pool, and classroom time covers CPR certification and all instruction materials.
• A Water Fitness Class let you enjoy the gentle properties of a warm water pool while doing exercises.
• An Arthritis Exercise Class offers gentle resistance training and stretching.
